Instead of finding a niche, I found an approach, which I apply to almost any kind of photography. The only limit I put on the type of work I do is that I need it to involve people. So no National Geographic or Real Estate, but pretty much everything else!

In the past few years I’ve worked a lot with artists, shooting creative portraits, concerts, and theater & nightlife.

At the same time, I’ve also worked with different brands and corporations, particularly those within the environmental and social field, documenting talks & conferences, cultural events, or helping with branding and business portraits.

Finally, as of 2025, I started a side-gig under the name “De Kraamfotograaf”, where I focus on all things maternity, birth, newborn and family. This following my new parttime work as a Kraamverzorgster (post-partum nurse).

I shoot everything with my Canon R6, along with my Canon 6D when I use two cameras (often at events).

My main event flash is the Godox AD100, and in my studio I have a whole set-up of different types of flashes.

As I’m very good at low-light shooting and prefer that aesthetic, I generally only use my flash in truly dark (club-like) party settings, for specific portraits, or when explicitly asked.

Considering I do so many different types of photography, it took a while to get a hang of all the specifics that come with different types of shoots.

However, with more than 10 years of experience under my belt, that broadness has become my strength, making me extremly flexible and well-rounded. I am able to really tune in to your specific event, style or goal, and capture it in a creative, authentic way.

No matter the type of shoot you have this time around, you can count on me to always deliver the shots you need. You’ll never have to look for another photographer again! ;)

My pricing depends heavily on the type of job, the necessary gear, potentiol travel or prep time, and the amount of post (editing) work.

As a general rule, my pricing starts at €75 per hour / 5 photos. For more detailed estimates and packages, please refer to the different services pages.

If asked to describe myself and my working process, I would say I’m easygoing, flexible and straightforward. I make sure you always know what you’re getting, and strive to go the extra mile wherever possible.
