CONCEPT

Whether I’m taking photos, working my bartender side-job or roaming the streets of Amsterdam - I spend a lot of my waking hours in the dark. The shift in light triggers a shift in mood and everything feels magically more intimate and intense.

My focus is always intimacy and interpersonal relationships, but this takes the forefront especially in nightlife photography.

I like to shoot everything night: concerts, club parties, dinner events, anything. I can work both with and without flash in (most) low light circumstances. I also like to work with motion blur and shoot a lot more freely.
